I was left with the idea that the pro-life movement has a deep disrespect not just for women but for science and facts. Life begins at conception, except in the case of all the eggs that naturally don't implant or spontaneously abort, which don't count life that matters only begins at conception if a man notices it.Īlso, every time I double checked any facts, they turned out to be lies - the author thinks abortion is more dangerous than birth, doesn't understand cancer at all (did you know that pregnancy doesn't affect cancer treatment at all? Neither did any doctor, just this pro-life guy). Apparently, pregnancy is a doddle that lasts 3-4 months and doesn't interfere at all with your health or ability to live your normal life. I was really hoping to read a book that helped me understand the pro-life position.
